Walking

I love taking short walks. If I sit at my desk all day, I have to walk. Even 5 minutes makes such a huge difference. My mind is focused on the new air I breathe in, the new scenery I admire, and the sounds of birds chirping I hear. My muscles are moving, softening the long hours of inactivity that has made my body rigid. After reaching home, I feel like an entire new person even if I was all sweaty.
