I live in a past faced city. Usually, I wake up early in the morning for school, return home, finish my homework, then fall asleep again. There is barely time to breathe. It is also boring and repetitive. I barely have time to enjoy other things, like sitting down to enjoy the nature around me. It makes me anxious and shaky at times. The only sort of relief I have is the birds sometimes landing on my window. The sound of them chirping is the closest I can get to nature. Sometimes I lose myself while listening to their high shrill whistles. Sometimes it becomes my background noise. To me, their voices chant freedom, liberty, and peace, a direct contrast to my monotonous life.
