Depression is a widespread and significant medical condition that has a negative impact on how you feel, think, and act. It is, fortunately, also curable. Depression produces unhappiness and/or a loss of interest in previously appreciated activities. It can cause lots of new mental and physical issues and a reduction in your capacity to operate at work and at home. Severe depression affects people all throughout the world, but it is especially challenging for teenagers these days. Social media, school, friends, bullying, family troubles, and other social factors can all contribute to depression among teenagers. I chose to do this on depression because I am surrounded by people who suffer from depression. For example, it could be thoughts of inadequacy or remorse. Excessive self-blame or self-criticism, as well as a fixation on past mistakes, excessive sensitivity to rejection or failure, and an excessive desire for reassurance. Thinking, concentrating, making judgments, and remembering things are all tough. I wanted to make a poster on this subject to educate those who are unaware of the topic of depression. It is an important aspect of modern society that everyone should be aware of. I pity individuals who have had to suffer from this condition since it is not something that people are at fault for. It has the potential to kill both mentally and physically. I’ve never had this experience, but I know individuals who have, and it can affect you because it changes your total mood and workings. After completing this poster on Depression, I feel more aware and engaged.
