Yoga – M.A, 24 year old

Yoga has helped me grow so much and learn to love myself and my body. I prefer to begin my day with 20 minutes of yoga every morning so I can enjoy some solo time myself to reconnect with myself and set my goals for the day. It is really relaxing when I focus on slow rhythmic breathing, and I feel Zen afterward and carry that peaceful energy with me for the whole day.
