Visualization – S.D, 24 year old

I am hyper-alert and cannot fall asleep easily. But visualization significantly assisted in my sleeping pattern. I like to imagine that I am submerged inside a deep ocean, observing the bright neon coral fishes, glowing pink jellyfish, huge blue whales, and deep green algae at the bottom. I imagine the sand billowing away, and small creatures playing hide and seek among the sea anemones. The mixture of colors and scenes merge to provide a picturesque image into which I can engross myself in. I forget that I am trying to sleep and go wherever the ocean takes me, as in the beginning of my dreams. It makes me feel good.
