Going on my phone before sleeping prevents me from getting proper sleep. I noticed that whenever I scroll through youtube videos before bed, I end up having chaotic dreams. It’s not that I don’t get enough sleep. I just feel odd after waking up. My brain gets hyper-stimulated with images, which then is projected in the form of dreams during my sleep. The blue light emitted by cell phone can also reduce the production of melatonin, the hormone that controls our sleep-wake cycle.
