Making Breakfast – M.D, 20 year old

Many people skip breakfast. But I don’t. As someone who is a chronic procrastinator and always guilty of wasting time, it takes effort, time, and thought to make a nutritious, delicious breakfast first thing in the morning, especially if you vary your breakfast every day. After the meal, I would feel accomplished, a good start because it makes the rest of my day more productive. Even if I do procrastinate later, there is less guilt because I know I did do something that day.
